Coder 2.28 is the latest mainline release, focused on secure and AI-native automation for enterprise-scale implementation.

### Scoped API Keys:

- Granular control with precise permission scoping to reduce agent, CI/CD, and integration risks
- Reuse existing RBAC and policy systems to maintain compatibility and ensure efficient rollout for admins
- Programmatically manage tightly scoped keys through the UI

### AI Bridge

- Support for AWS Bedrock has been added to Coder AI Bridge, a built-in LLM proxy for collecting and aggregating LLM usage
- Centralize key management to ensure secure LLM access, with every action attributable to the individual user
- Gain visibility into tool calls and token usage by user, group, or organization
