# New coderd Terraform Provider to Manage Coder via GitOps

Manage infrastructure in a more automated and transparent way with our new [Terraform Provider](https://github.com/coder/coderd).

- **Improve template quality** by eliminate manual CLI/API scripting and automating infrastructure testing in CI/CD.
- **Vet Coder templates** against governance engines like Open Policy Agent to comply with strict internal tooling policies.
- **Democratize visibility** of templates so devs can recommend improvements via PRs, saving admin time and delivering a more transparent DevEx.
